BEVERLY CENTER NAMES NEW MARKETING & SPONSORSHIP DIRECTOR

LOS ANGELES, November 13, 2008 — Beverly Center has named Susan Vance marketing & sponsorship director of Southern California's premier shopping center. She is responsible for developing programs and events and implementing a strategic marketing and sponsorship plan for the center.
Vance joins Beverly Center after two years as marketing director with St. John Knits, a luxury women’s ready-to-wear clothing company in Irvine, Calf. Previously, she worked as a marketing representative for four years in the St. John’s Chicago territory.
Prior to that, Vance served six years as brand manager and marketing coordinator for Liz Claiborne. She began her career in Chicago at Marshall Fields as manager of designer and contemporary sportswear.
Vance graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. She also studied for a summer overseas at the University of London.
